Kyle Kohr delivered an MVP-worthy performance at the second Big Bobby’s Summer Slam, winning the $2K Pro race and defeating Anthony D’Agostino in the Mini Belt Runoff to become the series’ second Championship Contender. Despite Sunday’s rainout, Saturday also featured Junior Dragster, Golf Cart, and Practice Tree winners.

Rain washed out Saturday’s racing, but Sunday brought sunshine and a full day of competition at Numidia Dragway. Kyle Bigley, Paul Werner, Dave Mikolosko and Aaron Haight each earned victories, while Lil Petey DiMino won Saturday’s $600 Practice Tree Race.

Despite an unpredictable weekend forecast, Numidia Dragway pushed through rain delays, humidity, and changing conditions to complete the July 4th Spectacular. Kyle Robb and Mike Fornwalt each claimed $10K wins, with Fornwalt also taking home the $1K Pro Bonus.

The Summit Racing Series points chase continued this past weekend at Numidia Dragway, where racers battled through competitive fields and changing track conditions in pursuit of valuable points. By the end of the weekend, 10 drivers emerged victorious, adding a win to their season resumes.
