Thinking about making your first pass down the drag strip?

Friday Night Street Legal Drags is the perfect place to get started. Every Friday, beginners and experienced racers alike come together to enjoy a fun, welcoming night of racing under the lights.

If you've never raced before, don't worry—we're here to help. Simply let one of our staff members know you're a first-time racer, and we'll guide you through the basics, including staging procedures, track etiquette, and what to expect during your run. We can even help you through the staging process during your first few passes.

If you'd like to learn more before racing, we recommend visiting the track as a spectator first or watching a few beginner drag racing videos online to familiarize yourself with the process.

Before you come, please remember:

• Long pants are required for all drivers.
• Please keep your vehicle's air conditioning turned off while in the staging lanes to prevent water from dripping onto the racing surface.
• A Snell-approved helmet is required for vehicles running 13.99 seconds or quicker.

Whether you're bringing your daily driver, muscle car, truck, or motorcycle, first-time racers are always welcome at Numidia Dragway.
