All guests enter at their own risk. All guests must sign the waiver upon entering.

Numidia Dragway is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or theft.

    • Violation of any of the following policies may result in removal from the premises without refund.

    • Repeat offenses may lead to permanent bans, though bans can be given for any one incident, left at track discretion.

    • We support our local law enforcement and will involve them if necessary.

    • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly while on dragstrip grounds.

    • This includes following staff instructions, refraining from disruptive or unsafe behavior, respecting personal space and property, and complying with all posted rules and signage.

    • This also includes treating others with courtesy and respect at all times. Aggressive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

    • We reserve the right to remove any individual whose conduct compromises safety or enjoyment for others.

    • Only authorized personnel are allowed in restricted areas (base of tower within marked fencing, and within all posted areas).

    • Certainly NO unauthorized persons are allowed on the track surface itself, shutdown, or return roads without express permission from race control.

    • Absolutely NO burnouts, dry hopping, or excessive acceleration in the pits or any of the access roads.

    • Pit speed limit is 10 MPH. This limit is to be respected by all manner of vehicles and guests.

  • Pit vehicles are only to be operated by licensed drivers over the age of 16.

    • Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. This goes for both race entries and spectator entries. Please see Front Gate before leaving to determine the track’s plan for refunds.

    • Numidia Dragway is a family-oriented facility and welcomes race fans of all ages. That said, children should be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Their safety being most important.

    • Children under 18 years of age ARE NOT allowed in the staging lanes, especially the starting line. They must spectate from the grandstands or from behind the fence.

    • Please also see rules regarding youth and motorized pit vehicles.

    • Absolutely NO illegal substances are allowed on the property.

    • As for alcohol, we do not presently have strict enforcement, other than you should be behaving in a respectful manner and conducting yourself within the bounds of Pennsylvania state law. Also no glass bottles.

    • Smoking is permitted but NOT around the concession stand, souvenir stand, or pavilion. Please be respectful of others.

    • All trash and rubbish should be disposed of in the provided waste bins located throughout pits, spectator areas, lanes, etc.

    • Our staff works hard to clean up the facility. Please be thoughtful.

    • Pets are welcome at the track provided they are kept on leash at all times, behave well with others, and the owners CLEAN UP after them.
